Formica began exploring lucid dreams at just eight years old. Later, under the direct guidance of Falco Tarassaco, founder and spiritual guide of Damanhur, she mastered the vast potential of dreaming. A self-taught artist, she created countless stained-glass windows in the Temples of Humankind, embodying the truth that no dream is impossible. Entrusted by Falco to continue his Dream teachings after thirty years of intense study, since 2013 Formica has traveled the world sharing this unique knowledge and practice.

Caribu has experienced lucid dreaming since childhood, when he would consciously choose his nightly adventures—flying over rooftops, exploring forests and mountains, or visiting friends in dreams. Since 2009 he has lived in Damanhur, dedicating himself to education, communication, and the study of human potential, especially the art of dreaming. He now shares his research and practices with a wider audience through the online community Aware Dreamers.

From an early age, Celastrina has experienced dreams as a key to understanding the world. After a profound spiritual awakening in 2013, she began traveling from the Himalayas to the Amazon to study ancient spiritual cultures, eventually arriving at Damanhur, where she deepened her knowledge of dreaming. A skilled lucid dreamer, she has co-developed effective techniques for awakening lucidity and uses her dreams to transcend the apparent self and explore its infinite possibilities.

Since childhood, Aragosta has been fascinated by dreams, which have always preceded the great changes in her life. At Damanhur she refined her natural talent for precognition and the potential of the dream journey, alongside her other great passion—theatre. 

In recent years she has taken part in research groups and advanced training in both dreaming and theatre, becoming a trainer herself and exploring the deep connections between these two fields.
